Love.Live.Glow products are handmade to order, please allow 4 – 7 days for your order to be processed and shipped. Verify that your shipping address is correct when placing your order to avoid any delays and or complications.
Shipping may take up to 3-5 Business depending on location and weather conditions. All orders are shipped with Tracking and Insurance. We want to make sure your orders arrive as quickly and safely. If an item is damaged upon arrival, please contact us [email protected] and include "Damaged Item" in the subject line, with photos of the damaged items, proof of purchase, and your order number, and we'll try our best to resolve the issue and file a claim with USPS.
We are not responsible for packages lost by USPS or stolen packages.
